The Integrative Massage treatment incorporates various techniques including Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports Massage/Assisted stretching and Swedish Massage. This individually crafted treatment is designed to compliment your health and fitness routine to help you achieve balance. In addition to the treatment you receive a personalized Self-Care Plan that will enhance and help you maintain the effects of the massage through conservative suggestions like exercise, stretching, nutrition & hydration and drug free, stress & pain management tools.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

With my Swedish Massage therapy, clients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in psychological techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue Massage utilizes slow, more forceful strokes to target deep muscle layers and connective tissue. This therapy has been found to reduce stress hormone levels and heart rate while boosting mood and relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocin and serotonin. Clients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each client's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

REFLEXOLOGY

With my Reflexology treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Lessens pregnancy discomfort, helping alleviate backaches, stiffness, leg cramps, headaches, and swelling. Clients should be in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. Use of organic, all natural oil only.
